Packaging
All of our products are packaged in a black and silver card box with a black foam lining, you can see examples on our home page.

Payment
Payment for our products is through Paypal and so it should be very secure. If you have an account then you can simply transfer money, or if not then you can use a credit or debit card. If you wish to pay using another method then please contact us and we will see what we can do

Shipping
Due to the new postal charges all of our items now qualify as packets and so the postage charges are £1.75 for every item. You can order as many items as you want for the same cost.

All items are sent first class and we aim to send them out within two working days. If you have still not received your order within seven working days then please contact us straight away and we will try to resolve the problem.
Unfortunately we only deliver to the UK and Channel Islands, but please contact us if you wish to order from anywhere else and we will see what we can do.

In the unlikely event of an item being lost in the post then a full refund or replacement will be offered up to the cost of the item/s lost.

Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason we offer a full refund (excluding postage costs) or exchange (up to the value of the product/s)   for orders returned within 2 weeks which are in the same condition as when they were sent. This means that the box and product/s must be in perfect condition and must not have been worn or used in any way. For health and safety reasons unfortunately we cannot allow returns for our earrings unless there is something wrong with them, so please be certain before ordering.
Please contact us straight away if you wish to return an item.

Faulty Items
If you believe that you have been sent a faulty item then please contact us straight away and we will give a full refund or exchange the item for one of the same or lower value.  

Guarantee
Vashti Jewellery offers a 30 day guarantee on all of its products which have been subject to reasonable use. We define reasonable use as wearing the item every day in normal circumstances. Normal circumstances are defined as normal wear and tear and using the product in the manner which it is intended. If the product has been misused, subject to any unreasonable strains or any other circumstances (which we reserve the right to decide upon) then this will void the guarantee.
If you believe that your product has broken within the guarantee period then please contact us.

Vashti Jewellery does not recommend wearing its products in the bath or shower as this can affect the glues used. Although the glues which we use should be able to withstand extreme conditions, to prolong the life of the item we recommend taking them off when in the bath, shower or similar conditions. We reserve the right to use this as an unreasonable use to void the guarantee above if we believe that the item has been worn in the bath etc. on many occasions, or for long periods of time.
